of The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs, exercising powers under section 14(1) of the Customs Act, 1962 and the Customs (Assistance in Value Declaration of Identified Imported Goods) Rules, 2023, extends the validity of CAVR Order No. 02/2023-Customs. The extension applies to imports of Stainless Steel of J3 grade classified under specified HS Codes 7219 and 7220. The order, originally dated 15 November 2023, is renewed for one year, effective from 29 November 2025, and will remain operative until 28 November 2026.
