DGFT July 25, 2025 Circulars
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade amended the ANF-2N application form for export authorization of Pharma Grade Sugar by making the 'Shipment Details' and 'Foreign Buyer/Consignee Details' columns optional instead of mandatory. Exporters may now indicate 'any buyer/any port of discharge' during application and are allowed to update buyer-specific information after receiving the export order but before actual export. This change simplifies the export authorization process for Pharma Grade Sugar.
