of <h1>DGFT amends ANF-2N form for Pharma Grade Sugar exports, making shipment and buyer details optional under FTP 2023</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the application form ANF-2N for export authorization of Pharma Grade Sugar, making the previously mandatory columns for 'Shipment Details' and 'Foreign Buyer/Consignee Details' optional. Exporters may now indicate 'any buyer/any port of discharge' at the time of application and are permitted to amend buyer-specific details after receiving the export order but before actual export. This change aims to provide greater flexibility in the export authorization process for Pharma Grade Sugar under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023.
