of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India has extended the deadline for liquidators to file forms related to voluntary liquidation processes under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and its regulations. Initially, the deadline was set for September 30, 2024, as per Circular No. IBBI/LIQ/74/2024 dated June 28, 2024. However, due to representations from liquidators and Insolvency Professional Agencies citing technicalities and issues in form submission, the Board has extended the last date for submission of forms until November 30, 2024. This extension is issued under the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 196 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
