of <h1>Deadline for Voluntary Liquidation Forms Extended to November 30, 2024, u/s 196(1) of Insolvency Code.</h1> The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India has extended the deadline for filing forms related to voluntary liquidation processes under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Initially, liquidators were required to submit these forms by September 30, 2024, as per Circular No. IBBI/LIQ/74/2024. However, due to technical challenges and issues reported by liquidators and Insolvency Professional Agencies, the deadline has been extended to November 30, 2024. This decision was made under the authority of section 196(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
