of The Government of India, u/s 3 and 5 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, u/r 1.02 and 2.01 of Foreign Trade Policy 2023, amended the item description of 'Glufosinate Technical' u/s 38089390 of ITC (HS) 2022. The revised policy prohibits import of 'Glufosinate and its salts' below CIF value Rs. 1289/kg, effective from the date of Notification No. 58/2023. Import is free if CIF value is Rs. 1289/kg or above. The change supersedes Notification No. 58/2023. Director General of Foreign Trade approved the amendment.
