Customs November 7, 2026 Notifications
Imports into India of alloy steel chisels or tools, fully assembled hydraulic rock breakers and specified rock breaker assemblies, sub-assemblies and components exported from Malaysia are subject to provisional assessment pending the anti-circumvention investigation and until the government takes a decision under the applicable rules. The covered components include front heads, back heads, specified pistons, cylinder bodies or hydraulic units, brackets, frames and hydraulic rock breaker cylinders. Importers must furnish a guarantee, as determined by the proper customs officer, for any anti-dumping duty that may become payable following the investigation and government decision. Existing anti-dumping duty continues to be levied and collected wherever applicable.
