Clarification - on exporting white cement

At present, we are exporting our white cement under latter of under taking and under self certificate and sealling at port. Now we have received an order from merchant exporter and he wants the material under  CT-1. Kindly confirm us pl. the export to merchant exporter is required in presence of range office or not, is there is any requirement of signature on ARE-1 of range office. Self certification will serve the purpose or not??

When sale is made against CT-1, there is no requirement of presence of the officers of range officers or signature on ARE-1 form. In fact ARE-1 form is also not required.
