of <h1>Ministry of Commerce mandates monthly SEZ performance reports from Development Commissioners, due by the 7th of each month.</h1> The circular issued by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry mandates Development Commissioners (DCs) to submit monthly performance reports for Special Economic Zones (SEZs) using specified formats (A to I). Reports A to E and I are required from all DCs, while G and H are specific to Zonal DCs. The reports should cover various aspects such as approvals under SEZ rules, permissions, export and import data, inspection status, and staffing positions. The reports are to be submitted by the 7th of each following month to facilitate performance monitoring and review of SEZs.
