of <h1>Onboarding PGAs on SWIFT 2.0 as single touch point for trade, enabling digital NOCs and integrated certificate validation.</h1> SWIFT 2.0 will be extended as a single touch point to additional Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) to streamline EXIM clearances by standardising data fields, document codes and declarations; consolidated data and document lists for WCCB and CDSCO are annexed and will be used for NOC processing. MeitY and Textile Committee functions and certificates will be digitally integrated into SWIFT 2.0, obviating physical production and enabling validation with the Bill of Entry. New LPCO/NOC document codes for multiple PGAs and trade upload codes are published, pilot operations and stakeholder feedback will precede mandatory rollout; core PGAs to be integrated by 31.03.2026, all PGAs by 31.03.2027.
