of <h1>SWIFT 2.0 launched as single digital window, making online EXIM approvals mandatory for key partner government agencies</h1> The circular announces the rollout of SWIFT 2.0, an upgraded, fully digital Single Window Interface for Facilitating Trade, to act as a single touch point for all EXIM processes involving Partner Government Agencies. In the first phase, Animal Quarantine and Certification Services, Plant Quarantine Management System, and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India are onboarded, with standardized data fields and mandatory document codes to be filed through the Bill of Entry or SWIFT 2.0 dashboard. Features include online submission, tracking, payments, digital NOCs, and inspection scheduling. Field formations must issue public notices to sensitize stakeholders, with mandatory filing for the three PGAs effective from 01.12.2025.
