of <h1>Automation of Customs processes in import and export: automated registrations, auto OOC and Auto LEO on risk evaluation</h1> CBIC mandates automated import and export customs processing: (A) auto goods registration on arrival and auto Out of Charge for AEO T2/T3, notified eligible manufacturer importers, longstanding supply-chain importers and DPD users, with auto OOC extended to all importers subject to duty and compliance; (B) online goods registration for exporters plus a pilot for e-seal based auto registration at Nhava Sheva to be phased to other ports as e-seal scanners are deployed; (C) Auto Let Export Order for shipping bills not selected for examination, requiring no PGA NOC and payment of duty. All actions operate on risk-based evaluation, with officers authorised to place holds; e-seal reader integration and stakeholder notices required.
