This initiative aims to enhance trade efficiency and reduce administrative burdens by allowing eligible Bill of Entries (BEs) to receive Auto-OOC if they meet specific criteria, such as completed assessments and authentication via OTP for duty deferment. The system includes a risk-based approach, with an option for customs officers to override Auto-OOC based on intelligence. Stakeholders are advised to stay informed of these changes.
