of <h1>Postal export processing integration linking DNK portal with ICES to enable automated electronic incentive claims and clearance</h1> Integration of the postal export processing systems by linking the DNK portal with ICES and amending the Postal Export (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations establishes electronic processing and automatic availability of export benefits for postal-route exports, thereby enabling exporters to claim incentives through automated clearance. Replacement of legacy portal links with new DNK/IPS URLs facilitates access to the integrated system, enabling seamless submission of declarations. Mandatory ICEGATE registration and addition of bank details is prescribed for exporters claiming incentives, enabling electronic receipt and settlement of Drawback, RoDTEP and RoSCTL. Amendments to PBE-III/PBE-IV and requirement to upload supporting documents to E-Sanchit/ICEGATE operationalize electronic claims. Guidelines and public notices will specify modalities and logistics.
