<h1>Postal-mode exports eligible for Duty Drawback, RoDTEP and RoSCTL from Jan 15 2026 under amended electronic postal export rules</h1> CBIC has extended Duty Drawback, RoDTEP and RoSCTL benefits to goods exported via the postal mode effective 15 January 2026, enabling exporters to claim these export incentives for postal shipments. Amendments to the Postal Export (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2022 and an accompanying circular establish electronic declaration, processing and operational modalities for claiming and disbursing these benefits, thereby integrating postal exports into the existing rebate and remission framework and permitting automated claims and refunds under the postal export procedures.
