Recorded data must be transferred each shift to secured, password-protected storage, moved within 24 hours to vigilance custody with backups, retained for 90 days (extendable for proceedings), and accessed externally only with Commissioner-level approval, with random monitoring and strict prohibitions on tampering or unauthorized access.
