This extension, now set to expire on July 27, 2023, follows a directive from the Delhi High Court dated July 17, 2023. The export quota is intended for humanitarian and food security purposes, based on requests from foreign governments. The notice addresses all regional DGFT authorities, customs commissionerates, and trade members, and has been approved by the competent authority.
