of <h1>Deadline for Mandatory Qualifiers in Import/Export Declarations Extended to October 1, 2023, Per Circular No. 15/2023-Customs.</h1> The deadline for mandatory additional qualifiers in import/export declarations for certain products has been extended from July 1, 2023, to October 1, 2023. This extension follows requests from trade associations and the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, and due to mismatches found during testing. The extension is in reference to Circular No. 15/2023-Customs. Authorities are advised to issue public notices for guidance, and any implementation issues should be reported to the Board.
