of <h1>DGFT Amends SION E-136 and Paragraph 4.05(iii) for Wheat Flour Exports under Advance Authorization Scheme.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Standard Input Output Norms (SION) E-136 and paragraph 4.05(iii) of the Handbook of Procedures 2015-20 for the export of wheat flour. The Advance Authorization will be issued to flour millers and exporters with ties to flour millers as supporting manufacturers. Wheat flour export is allowed under the Advance Authorization Scheme with specific conditions, prohibiting domestic sourcing and third-party exports, and requiring imports and exports through EDI-enabled ports. The Export Obligation period is 180 days, with penalties for non-fulfillment. These amendments include supporting manufacturers for job work.
