of <h1>Three Agencies Authorized to Issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) Under Appendix 2E of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has authorized three agencies to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) under Appendix 2E of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. The agencies are the Export Promotion Council for EOUs & SEZs in Delhi, Urban Exim Care Association in Gujarat, and the Federation of Industries & Associations in Gujarat. This public notice officially enlists these agencies, expanding the list of authorized entities to facilitate the issuance of these certificates.
