        <h1>DGFT mandates agencies under Appendix 2E to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) via digital platform by October 31, 2021.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) authorizes agencies listed under Appendix 2E to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) for all India jurisdiction. Agencies must onboard the Common Digital Platform for electronic filing by October 31, 2021, or risk de-notification. Applications for the Certificate can be made by any registered entity in India to any agency under Appendix 2E. This notice enables all enlisted agencies to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) nationwide starting November 1, 2021.
