of <h1>DGFT Streamlines Export Reporting by Removing Para 2.96(b) and Updating ANF-2C Format for Easier Compliance.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures 2015-2020 by deleting Para 2.96 (b), which required exporters to submit quarterly export returns to their registering authority and status holders to the Federation of Indian Export Organisations. Additionally, the requirement for monthly export returns, including 'NIL' returns, as per S.no 9(d) of ANF-2C, has been removed. A revised format for ANF-2C has been introduced to simplify regulatory compliance. This public notice aims to reduce the regulatory burden on exporters by streamlining reporting requirements.
