of <h1>DGFT Extends RCMC Validity to Sept 30, 2021, Amid COVID-19; No RCMC Required for Incentives Until Then.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has extended the validity of the Registration cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) beyond March 31, 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Regional Authorities of DGFT will not require a valid RCMC for applicants seeking incentives or authorizations until September 30, 2021. Export Promotion Councils (EPCs) will collect fees for the 2021-22 period once normalcy is restored. This decision follows Trade Notice No. 60/2019-2020 and has been approved by the competent authority.
