of <h1>India Allocates 8,424 MTRV of Sugar for US Export under 2021 TRQ; Conditions Apply per Notification No. 3/2015-20.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has allocated 8,424 Metric Ton Raw Value (MTRV) of raw cane sugar, refined and specialty sugar, and sugar-containing products for export to the USA under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) for the US fiscal year 2021, from October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021. The export is classified as 'Free' under Notification No. 3/2015-20, subject to specified conditions. Certificates of Origin, if necessary, will be issued by the Additional Director General of Foreign Trade in Mumbai. Reporting requirements as per previous notifications will be adhered to.
