of <h1>LLP Settlement Scheme, 2020 extended to November 30, 2020, for filing due to COVID-19 disruptions.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the LLP Settlement Scheme, 2020, due to COVID-19 disruptions. The deadline for filing belated documents has been moved to November 30, 2020. This extension applies to defaulting LLPs, with all other conditions in previous circulars remaining unchanged. Additionally, statements of account and solvency for the financial year 2019-2020, signed beyond the six-month period but by November 30, 2020, will not be considered non-compliant. This decision has been approved by the competent authority.
