of <h1>India Extends LLP Settlement Scheme 2020 Deadline to December 31 Due to COVID-19 Disruptions.</h1> The Government of India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the LLP Settlement Scheme, 2020, until December 31, 2020, due to the significant disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This decision follows the initial announcement in General Circular No. 13/2020 dated March 30, 2020. All other conditions and requirements from the previous circular remain unchanged. This extension is approved by the competent authority and communicated to all relevant stakeholders, including the Directorate General of Corporate Affairs, Regional Directors, and Registrars of Companies.
