Effective from April 1, 2020, the scheme allows defaulting LLPs to file overdue documents without additional fees until September 30, 2020, providing immunity from prosecution for such filings. The scheme does not apply to LLPs seeking to strike off their names. These modifications replace previous deadlines and are intended to support LLPs in maintaining compliance during this period. Other terms of the original circular remain unchanged.
