Originally extended to June 30, 2020, the deadline is now further extended to July 31, 2020, under Regulations 33 and 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This decision follows requests from various stakeholders citing challenges like lockdowns and operational difficulties. The circular is effective immediately, and stock exchanges must inform all listed entities and update their websites accordingly.
