of <h1>SEBI Extends Deadline for Financial Results Submission to September 15, 2020, Under Regulation 33 for Listed Entities.</h1> SEBI has extended the deadline for listed entities to submit financial results for the quarter, half-year, or financial year ending June 30, 2020, to September 15, 2020. This extension follows requests due to the reduced time between the extended deadline for March 31, 2020, and the original deadline for June 30, 2020. The extension is in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Stock exchanges are instructed to inform all listed entities and update their websites accordingly. The circular is effective immediately.
