of <h1>SEBI Extends Regulatory Filing Deadlines for AIFs and VCFs to August 7, 2020 Due to COVID-19 Impact.</h1> SEBI has issued a circular providing an extension for regulatory filings by Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and Venture Capital Funds (VCFs) due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The deadlines for filings originally due at the end of March, April, May, and June 2020 have been extended to August 7, 2020. This decision is made under the authority granted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, and is effective immediately.
