of <h1>Deadline Extended for EPCG Scheme Requests to March 31, 2020: Extra Time for Compliance Without Penalties.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued a public notice extending the deadline for submitting requests related to the Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme until March 31, 2020. This extension applies to block-wise extensions, extensions in the Export Obligation Period, and the submission of installation certificates. Previous deadlines were set for September 30, 2018, and September 30, 2019. The new deadline allows additional time for entities to comply without incurring penalties. All other provisions of the earlier public notices remain unchanged.
