of <h1>Indian Importers Chambers in Delhi authorized to issue Certificates of Origin under Appendix 2E; name change for Telangana federation.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has authorized the Indian Importers Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Delhi to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) under Appendix 2E of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. Additionally, the name of the Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry has been changed to the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry. This change is reflected in the Handbook of Procedures, with the updated name listed under Telangana and the previous name removed from Andhra Pradesh.
