of <h1>India Allocates 10,000 Metric Tons of Sugar for EU Export Under CXL Quota, Requires Compliance with EU Regulations.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has allocated 10,000 metric tons of sugar (raw and/or white) for export to the European Union under the CXL quota for the period from October 1, 2019, to September 30, 2020. The export is classified as 'Free' under specific conditions and requires compliance with the reporting requirements to APEDA. Exports must include a Certificate of Origin as per EU regulations, with the certificate issued by the Additional Director General of Foreign Trade in Mumbai. The sugar shipments will be permitted to EU countries following the notification of this public notice.
