of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: New HS Code 38123100 Added to MEIS with 2% Rate; Corrections to Codes 3115 & 4284.</h1> Amendments have been made to Appendix 3B, Table 2 of the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS) under the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020). A new HS Code, 38123100, for mixtures of oligomers of 2, 2, 4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline (TMQ), has been added with a 2% MEIS rate for exports from January 1, 2017, onwards. Additionally, corrections to HS Codes at Serial numbers 3115 and 4284 have been made, changing them to 50079090 and 63049229, respectively, effective from January 1, 2017.
