of <h1>New ANF 3B Form for SEIS Applications Now Mandatory: Check Revised Format per Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has issued a public notice revising the ANF 3B form for applications under the Services Exports From India Scheme (SEIS). This revision is pursuant to the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 and is detailed in paragraph 3.04(b) of the Handbook of Procedures 2015-20. The updated application format is now mandatory for all SEIS applications, effective immediately, and is attached to the public notice.
