of <h1>Himachal Pradesh extends FORM GST TRAN-1 submission deadline u/r 117 to November 2017 per GST Council recommendation.</h1> The Excise & Taxation Department of Himachal Pradesh has issued an order extending the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension is granted under the authority of rule 117 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, in conjunction with section 168 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline for submission is set for November 2017, as recommended by the Council and ordered by the Commissioner of State Tax.
