of <h1>India Extends GST TRAN-1 Form Submission Deadline to 27th December 2017 u/r 117 and Section 168.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance and the Central Board of Excise and Customs, has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension, recommended by the Council and superseding the previous Order No. 07/2017-GST dated 28th October 2017, allows submissions until 27th December 2017. The order is issued under the authority granted by rule 117 and section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
