of <h1>India Extends GST TRAN-1 Declaration Deadline to 27th December 2017 u/r 117, Overriding Previous Order.</h1> The Government of India, through the Central Board of Excise and Customs, has extended the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension is granted under the authority of rule 117 and section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following recommendations from the Council. The new deadline for submission is set for 27th December 2017, superseding the previous Order No. 07/2017-GST issued on 28th October 2017.
