<h1>Non-compliant agencies in six Indian states delisted from issuing Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin per Foreign Trade Policy.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 4C of the Handbook of Procedures, Volume I, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. Several agencies are delisted from the authorized list to issue Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin due to non-compliance with eligibility criteria. The affected agencies are located in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. These changes are made in the public interest and are official as per Public Notice No. 63/(RE 2008) 2004-09, dated August 12, 2008.
