of <h1>MIECC Removed from Authorized List for Issuing Certificates of Origin Under Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, Paragraph 2.4.</h1> The Meghalaya International Exporters Chamber of Commerce (MIECC), Dawki Jaintia Hills, has been removed from the list of agencies authorized to issue Certificates of Origin-Non-Preferential as per the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. This amendment was made by the Director General of Foreign Trade under paragraph 2.4 of the policy and affects the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I) in Appendix 4C. The delisting, initially mentioned in Public Notice No. 63 dated August 12, 2008, is now officially deleted as of September 2, 2008, in the interest of the public.
