The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The Supreme Court, through Justices Hemant Gupta and V. Ramasubramanian, dismissed the Special Leave Petition, finding 'no ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court.' Consequently, any pending interlocutory applications were also disposed of.
