Validity of Notices / orders without DIN - Communications emanating from the revenue - HELD THAT:- We have heard learned ASG for the petitioner and learned senior counsel for the respondent/caveator. Interim stay of impugned order [2023 (4) TMI 579 - DELHI HIGH COURT] as well as order of the ITAT [2022 (11) TMI 34 - ITAT DELHI] until further orders. The Supreme Court, in Citation 2024 (1) TMI 276 - SC Order, heard the counsels for both parties and granted a delay condonation. Notice was issued to the respondent, and interim stay was granted on the impugned orders dated 20.03.2023 and 19.09.2022 by the ITAT.
