The Supreme Court, in Citation 2024 (1) TMI 276 - SC Order, heard the counsels for both parties and granted a delay condonation. Notice was issued to the respondent, and interim stay was granted on the impugned orders dated 20.03.2023 and 19.09.2022 by the ITAT.
