Seeking grant of Anticipatory Bail - quantum of amount involved is below ₹ 5 crores - bailable offence under Section 132 of CGST Act or not - HELD THAT:- The petitioners submits that the petitioners will appear before the concerned Commissioner on or before 09.07.2021. The said submission is placed on record. Application filed for interim bail does not survive for consideration and the same is disposed of. The Karnataka High Court granted anticipatory bail to petitioners in a case under Section 132 of CGST Act. Respondent's counsel stated the offense is bailable as amount involved is below Rs. 5 crores. Petitioners agreed to cooperate with investigation and appear before the concerned Officer by a specified date. The petition and interim bail application were disposed of accordingly.
