The appearance for the assessee is by Mr. V.S. Sudhir and Mr. P. Venkat Prasad, Chartered Accountants. The same may be indicated in the preamble of the Final Order No. A/31277/2018 dated 05.10.2018. Application for rectification of mistake is disposed of. The judgment pertains to rectification of a mistake in recording the name of arguing counsels in Final Order No.A/31277/2018. The correct appearance for the assessee was by Mr. V.S. Sudhir and Mr. P. Venkat Prasad, Chartered Accountants, not Mr. Jitender Motwani, Advocate as mentioned due to a typographical error.
