The High Court Bombay dismissed the revenue's appeal against the order of suspension of a license, set aside by CESTAT in 2007. The court found that the suspension order did not fall within Regulation 20(2) of the Customs House Agents Licensing Regulations, which is meant for emergent situations. The Tribunal's decision was upheld, allowing the appellant to take other permitted steps.
