Prayer to take any action taken by the Respondents or any order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal - HELD THAT:- Our present order does not debar the Petitioner to challenge the validity of composition of the National Company Law Tribunal and the validity or the constitutionality of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 before this Court Under Article 32 of the Constitution. SLP disposed off. The Supreme Court ordered the High Court to address relief limited to actions by the Respondents or orders by the National Company Law Tribunal, without debating the validity of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 or the National Company Law Tribunal's constitutionality. The Petitioner can challenge these issues in the Supreme Court under Article 32 of the Constitution. Special leave petition was disposed of with no costs.
