Supreme Court of India dismisses petition challenging criminal judgment.

The Supreme Court of India dismissed the Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 4313 of 2006 filed by Ravindra Kumar Singh on 11-9-2006. The petition challenged a Judgment and Order dated 4-7-2006 in Criminal Misc. Case Nos. 978 & 977 of 2005 of Allahabad High Court at Lucknow Bench. The Supreme Court found no merits in the petition and thus dismissed it.
