Declaration of goods of special importance no longer in force; affected inter State trade and commerce classification. Section 7 provided for declaration of certain goods as of special importance in inter State trade or commerce under the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957; the provision was subsequently repealed, terminating its operative effect on classification of goods for inter State trade and commerce.
