Civil procedure rules apply to charitable and religious trust proceedings, governing affidavits, attendance, document production, commissions and execution. Provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure apply to proceedings under the Charitable and Religious Trusts Act, including proof of facts by affidavit, enforcing attendance and examination on oath, enforcing production of documents, issuing of commissions, and the application of service-of-summons rules to notices; the Code's execution-of-decrees provisions apply, so far as applicable, to execution of orders under the Act.
