Petition admissibility limits exclude petitions if a related suit is pending, trust vested in official body, or scheme approved. Section 9 bars petitions concerning trusts where a suit in respect of the trust is pending, where trust property is vested in a public or institutional trustee or registered society, or where a court or other competent authority has settled or approved a scheme for administration of the trust property.
